How We Should Eat

This is my third topic on “how we should eat. Earlier there are some advice on my 2 topics and now I will start with some infomation on how to prevent disease and what foods should we concentrate more to helps us to reduce health problem to all my bloggers out there.

When we eat , nutrition generally will come into our body automatically either good or bad to our human body .The best way to feed our healthy body is to get the pyramid guide food. Here are some good points about fibre, Is good to take plenty of fibers from fruits, vegetables, legumes and grains. Because it can prevent colon cancer,lower cholesterol and it also helps to reduce weights too, because fiber will digest slowly in your stomach so it will not make you hungry easily. From there you can stress a bit on exercise or workout in the gym and get enough sleep. For my advise never never take slimming pills or etc because the best way to loose weight in your body is require more exercise workout with sweat, so with the combination with oxygen than only your fat in your body allow to burn faster, those pill will only reduce the water level in your body( it mean you short of water level in your body ) and also they will reduce all the good or bad fat in your body from top to toe( that why for long terms it will effect certain of your organ have malfunction because certain of our body require fat to maintain…E.g.: such as brain,livers, kidneys and etc ) So to maintain the balance of food,sleep well and execise regularly will keep you staying healthy.

Below are some points for you to remember:-

Trim the Fat…..will contribute to heart disease; reduce red meat, whole milk, cheese etc.

Stick to the Plan of Pyramid…..Please refer to the government Food Guide Pyramid recommends.


Fibers…..High fiber like plants food, like whole grain bread, bran cereal and beans to improve digestion, lower blood cholesterol, and lower your risk of cancer and heart disease.

Branch out…..Try to eat different type of good foods because each food has its strong point in nutrition’s

Workout and Sleep well…..Try to work out regularly maybe 20mins a day and sleep eight hrs a day.

How We Eat

I can say certain of us really do not care what they eat, as long they feel happy and they like the food. If everybody can eat what he or she want and without fear about his or her health, I think human is perfect. Too bad our human body does not work such way and each of us has our duty to control, increase stamina and maintain our healthy body for as long as we can.


Don’t be sorry or too late when now you still have chance to changed your eating habit and look forward to your goal, your loves one around you and what I can advise is to all of you is eat healthy and work out in gym or home regularly , you will feel the different. I hope my advice does not look like granny mumbling but let all of us let cheers to all of us around the world LIVE long all mighty in this green planet. See you guys and gals in my next blog.
