Healthy Life Style -General-

It's never easy to eat healthy. It's also never been hard.

We have more choices than our grandparents ever could imagined. Thanks to innovations in technology and transportation, foods and veggies abound year round. But in our 21st century many many types of foods are created and due to a lot of choices and also the lifestyles which create a certain food habit, people nowadays don't really care for their health. With the junk food they consume will create diseases such as cancer, heart attack, diabetes and etc in the long term.

Do you know that when we were born each of everyone of us carry little tiny cancer cells are also borned; just that they don’t surface during that time until when we grow older when certain working & family pressure come along, abusive eating habits, smoking, not being able to sleep well, etc. This will effect the whole body’s structural changes and in time will cause many type of diseases in our body to arise.

So what I can say is that in life or in a working enviroment ...achieve a state when you can relax yourself, think positively and enjoy the beauty of nature; money is not everthing, be happy in life, don't be part of a rat race, be yourself and smile more everyday. It will make you younger.
